  I hired them to fix 2 broken toilets in my house. Both of them needed the internal fixtures changed. We were not home when they came, but had a relative let them in. They called me to tell me it would be $500.00 to do the work. I told the plumber that was outrageous considering it was a 30 minute job. He said that was what his boss has as a standard charge, but all of the parts would be changed with top quality parts. All stainless steel. It would be better than the original. "Not that cheap Home Depot stuff". IT was a Sunday, and we didn't want to deal with finding someone else, so I told him to go ahead. He finished and left just before I got home. One of the toilets wasn't stopping. He came right back and discovered he left the chain for the stopper too long and it prevented the stopper from closing. When I looked inside the toilet I noticed the parts were all plastic, and the rubber stopper was the same one as before. He claimed he didn't have the right size on the truck, (Total bull, these are standard.) but that he would be back in a few days to change it. That was more BS. As for the plastic parts, (NO stainless steel) he didn't have an explanation for that. Needless to say, not a good experience. There are plenty of other plumbers out there. I would recommend trying one of them.
